Some Food Items Still Needed

Exciting Opportunity to Participate in our Mission and Outreach Work at ACC

The Missions & Outreach team is excited to announce that we are coordinating efforts again to organize a Thanksgiving basket assembly to further our outreach to the Iglesia Hispana de La Comunidad in Jamaica Plain.

This gathering will take place on November 19th following the worship service, in Hartman Hall, where we will assemble 30 baskets. These baskets will be donated to the families in the wider community of Jamaica Plain.

The enthusiasm to help with this project is much appreciated! We have several food item slots already filled. We are still looking for a few crucial items!

Still Need Help With:

• Sugar

• Shelf-Stable Quarts of Milk

• Dinner Roll Mix

• Rice

To participate by providing food items follow the instructions below:

1. View the shopping list on Sign-Up Genius by clicking HERE.

2. Review the available slots and click on the link for the item that you want to donate and sign up.

3. Shop for your items.

4. Items are due back to ACC by Thursday, November 16th by 4:00pm. Please note: the Church is open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekdays to facilitate drop-off. Food donations can be placed under the coat rack by the Sancturary in the Green Bin.

 Two More Ways to Participate:

• You can make a monetary donation. Please drop off your check at the Church during regular office hours and write "Thanksgiving Basket" in the memo line. Any amount helps.

• Show up on Nov. 19th to worship, celebrate our Mission and Outreach work as a congregation and help us assemble the Thanksgiving baskets. Come with your whole family!
