Notice of Annual Congregational Meeting

In accordance with Article V, Section VI of the By-Laws of the Church, a Congregational Meeting is hereby called on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 10:30 am of the following purposes:

❖ Minister and Committee reports and 2023 highlights (Ministers, Deacons, Missions & Outreach, Trustees).

❖ Congregational Discussion and Vote on Committee Officers/Membership for 2024.

❖ Congregational Discussion and Vote on 2024 budget.

❖ To vote on the Certificate of Authority.

❖ Presentation and subsequent vote to approve installation of solar panels at ACC.

❖ Presentation and subsequent vote to enter into a Covenant Agreement with Habitat for Humanity.

❖ To consider any other matters as may properly come before a church meeting.
