UCC Wider Mission

Contributions to Our Church's Wider Mission (OCWM) support four covenanted ministry partners of the national UCC: the Office of General Ministries; the Center for Progressive Renewal, a training program for UCC pastors; the missions outreach work of the UCC (including disaster relief ministries and support of missionaries in 85 countries); and the Justice and Witness Ministries that include a training program for church members and a grassroots advocacy effort to engage church members to shape public policy. OCWM supports the staff necessary to link the ministries of 6,000 UCC congregations with each other and with the worlds (www.ucc.org/ocwm).
