Fellowship
will challenge us, encourage us, help us stay accountable, and fellowship is showing obedience to God
and his word.

Walk 'N' Wonder

Fellowship Events

Through fellowship we come to connect with those who worship in the pews with us. When we can laugh and enjoy each other on our journey we can then pray together. Fellowship provides a sense of belonging for both newcomers and long-term members.

Ongoing Events

Cluster Groups

A Cluster Group promotes friendship and fellowship among its members and provides support during times of crisis and need. Each group is made of singles and couples with similar lifestyles, and each group determines how often they want to meet.  It can be monthly or less often, perhaps six times a year.  Meetings take place in member's homes, in the church, and at outside venues, as decided by the individuals hosting the event. If you would like to join a Cluster Group please contact the church office.

ACC Hiking Group

We are looking for adventurous hikers interested in difficult, strenuous climbs. Another hike is planned for November if weather allows.  If interested in joining our group, contact me at abcdowen@gmail.com.

Men's Breakfast

On the third Saturday of the month from September through June, this group hosts a breakfast to promote Christian friendship and growth for all men and women.  Programs center on new or unusual church, community, or regional activities.  Coffee and fellowship begin at 7:30 AM; breakfast at 8 AM. Program concludes by 9 AM.  Contact Jeff Brown at jab.jeffbrown@gmail.com if you have questions.

Movie Night

All are welcome to enjoy movie night on the second Saturday of the month in the Grimshaw Room at 7 PM.

Walk 'N Wonder

Walk 'n Wonder is a way to "set your day" by "walking your prayer." We meet each Thursday at 7:30 AM, for our hour of fellowship and walking. We meander on various trails: through a section of Walden Woods along the Sudbury River in Concord; through the Nagog Woods Conservation lands; along paths of Nashoba Conservation, and through our beloved Acton Arboretum. We are blessed in this area with an abundance of natural riches in the accessible landscapes.

Come observe some of these Godgiven treasures, hear poems and prayers that celebrate these gifts of natural order and stand in awe of our amazing Creator of "all things bright and beautiful." Meeting location is posted in the Sunday bulletin and sent out in an email by Rev. Barbara.  All are welcome. Bring a favorite prayer. Text your RSVP to Rev. Barbara to be sure nobody is left behind, 978-979-0704.

Badminton Group

Our badminton group meets Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM in Hartman Hall.  Check the calendar for specific dates.  Contact Dr. Emmanuel Akyeampong, Affiliate Minister, for more information (emmanuel@actonc.org).

Paddle and Prayer

Join Rev. Barbara on the Concord River to revel in God's creation and offer your prayers of petition and thanksgiving under the canopy of green and the ribbon of blue upon which you float.  Check The Chimes for dates and further details or contact Rev. Barbara at 978-979-0704.
